Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your tyre must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and use the same courier service when the tyre was delivered.

The customer has (3) days to return the tyre from the date you received it. If the customer cannot do so within the specified days then they will need to contact the office and plan.

Once we receive your tyre, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

No Cash will be refunded. However, the customer can exchange the tyre purchased for another tyre or service instead.

If the Customer made an error in purchasing the wrong brand and/or size of Tyre, the Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the tyre.

If the tyre shipped does not match the customer’s receipt and the error is made on behalf of Tyre Center of Belize, then Tyre Center of Belize will incur the return shipping fee and send the correct tyre.
